• Messages sent using the "Send melding" option on job postings are directed to individual recruiters' email addresses instead of a generic HR support email address.

1. Navigate to the job posting in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
2. Use the "Send melding" option to send a message.
3. Observe that the message is directed to the individual recruiter's email address instead of the intended generic HR support email address.

The "Contact Information" field in the Field Completion Rules is mapped to 'User', causing the email to be directed to the email address associated with the 'User'.

1. Access the Field Completion Rules in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
2. Locate the "Contact Information" field mapping.
3. Change the mapping from 'User' to 'Posting Profile'.
4. In the Posting Profile, input the generic HR support email address to which the messages should be directed.
5. Save the changes and test the functionality to ensure the messages are now sent to the generic HR support email address.
