3710224 - Error while posting to the Linkedin Job board- 'You have consumed all your job board credits. Contact the job board to subscribe to a new contract or purchase additional job board credits' - Recruiting Posting

• An error occurs when attempting to post a job to the LinkedIn portal.
• The error message states: "The job board sends the feedback that you have consumed all your job board credits. Contact the job board to subscribe to a new contract or purchase additional job board credits."
• Error from the back office - 'This job was not posted on LinkedIn due to a downstream error. Error details are: Missing active seat for poster: urn:li:member:<> in contract: urn:li:contract:<> to post the SJP premium job with partnerId: <> ,externalJobPostingId: <> -en_US and SJP task : urn:li:simpleJobPostingTask:<>'

Recruiting Posting

1. Attempt to post a job to the LinkedIn portal.
2. Encounter an error indicating job board credits have been consumed.
3. Verify configuration and posting data.
4. Use the "Remove Error" option to resolve the issue.

The issue is caused by missing active seats in the LinkedIn configuration for the Default Poster.

The issue is caused because the Default Poster does not have seats for the Linkedin Contract.

There are 2 possible solutions

Click on  Manage Recruiting Posting > My Job Boards > LinkedIn > Select the configuration> click 'Associate LinkedIn Contract” > change the default Poster. One more option is to have the 'Send the real contact mail' in the Linkedin Configuration'. If this option is enabled, the job posting will be linkedin to the recruiter . It is important to  make sure the recruiter has active seat on their linkedIn configuration. https://me.sap.com/notes/3020292/E

Suggested approach would the 1st option , that is to have the default poster with active Linkedin seats.
