3710346 - I received my username from the Forgot Username function, but when I enter it to reset my password the account cannot be found

Symptom

  • I got an email with my username from the automated assistant, but when I enter it in the assistant to reset my password I receive the message: I couldn't find an account associated to that username. Check your entry for accuracy and try again or choose Forgot username. You have up to 4 attempts to retry your username. 
  • I know my username is correct, but when I try to reset my password it says there is no account associated to it
  • I retrieved my username but cannot reset my password because my account can't be found
