3710431 - Error "Country is a required field and cannot be blank" received during Automatic Hire

When processing a new hire using Automatic Hire from Onboarding or Recruitment, the system displays the error: "Country is a required field and cannot be blank."

The error is triggered when the Country field is missing from either the new hire's address information or the emergency contact address (if emergency contact details are provided).

To resolve this error, ensure the Country field is included in the address information passed from the Recruitment or Onboarding module. While manually hiring the employee will work as a temporary workaround, the recommended permanent solution is to configure the source system to always pass the Country field during automatic hire processing.
