Receiving the following error message in the Datasphere UI, the Web-based Development Workbench console, or the WebIDE console:
- Cannot get remote source objects: Could not get tables
This is received when performing any of the following actions:
- trying to browse a remote source;
- testing the remote source connection (Workbench/WebIDE) or validating the connection (Datasphere);
- refreshing the remote source objects display.
This is a general error message and thus not suitable for troubleshooting purposes. The underlying cause can only be found by investigating the Data Provisioning Agent logs.
