3710505 - Upon performing 'Take Action'/ Approval for Alert To Do tile, the tile does not update for other memebers of the associated Dynamic group

For Alerts To do tiles, if one user approves/ clicks on 'Take Action' and the tiles gets cleared for this user. But it remains the same for other members of the associated Dynamic group.

1. Configure Alert to do with Dynamic group maintained in the Alert workflow participants.
2. Approve/ action the Alert to do tile as one of members of the Dynamic group.
3. The Alert to do tile disappears for this user.
4. The tile remains unactioned on the homepage for rest of the members of the Dynamic group.

This is an expected behavior.

• The behavior of Alert tile is different from that of Workflow tile.
• For Workflow approval card, if one of members of the approval step approves the workflow, the tile disappears for the rest of the members.
• But for Alert tile, when Receiver A finishes it, Receiver B's tile won't be impacted. Every participant needs to take action themselves even if they are all from the same dynamic group.
