Symptom

  • An error occurs when refreshing the webpage in any infotype mashup, displaying the message: "HRSFEC_SERVICE245 - You do not have the authorization to view this pay."
  • The issue persists despite clearing cookies, using different web browsers, verifying certificates in TCode STRUST, activating services, and checking SU53 for authorization errors.
