3710802 - It is not possible to set up DocuSign email sequence for Onboarding documents - Onboarding

Docusign envelope is sending the email to all recipients at once instead of routing sequentially.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate the onboarding process involving Docusign e-signature.
2. Observe that the envelope is sent simultaneously to all recipients for signature instead of following the sequential workflow.

In the current system version, this behavior is expected. Signatures are triggered in parallel for all assigned users.

We suggest to create a enhancement request for this feature so the possibility can be evaluated by the Produce Management team.
