3710857 - Manage Skills Button Intermittently Appears or Disappears on Job Requisition Details Page - Recruiting Management

The “Manage Skills” button behaves inconsistently on the Job Requisition Details page. It intermittently appears and disappears without a clear pattern. This issue has been observed on both Pre-Approved and Approved Job Requisitions, impacting the user’s ability to consistently access the Manage Skills functionality.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisition.
2. Open a job requisition created before the TIH Unified Picker enablement; observe the "Manage" button is visible.
3. Open a job requisition created after the TIH Unified Picker enablement; observe the "Manage" button is not visible.
4. Test the visibility of the button in both pre-approved and approved job requisitions.

The TIH Unified Picker enablement introduced changes to the visibility behavior of the "Manage" button. Job requisitions created after the enablement no longer display the button as expected.

This behavior is expected when the TIH Unified Skills Picker has been enabled in the instance.

• Job Requisitions created before the TIH Unified Skills Picker enablement may still display the “Manage Skills” button on the Job Requisition Details page.

• Job Requisitions created after the enablement will no longer display the “Manage Skills” button, as the skills management experience is now handled through the Unified Skills Picker.

This UI change is part of the standard product enhancement delivered and has been officially implemented and rolled out to customers as part of the 2H2025 release.
