Symptom

  • Unable to successfully import files into Incentive Management
  • Despite performing Purge, Reset, and pipeline operations, the data does not reflect in Transactions, and the transaction count remains a count that doesn't match with the Workarea.
  • The batch file causing the issue is a single file for a specific template.
  • This template requires dependencies.
  • The file is populating the stage table but not transferring to the main table.
