3711019 - Future Enhancement – Clock In Clock Out Functionality for Sovereign Cloud

Symptom

For Sovereign Cloud customers (DP & Security: SCDP), the Clock In Clock Out function does not behave as expected even when all mandatory configurations are correctly set. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Cause

The Clock In Clock Out functionality is currently not supported in the Sovereign Cloud.

Resolution

This is a roadmap item and is currently being worked on by the engineering team.
