Queries on alumni eligibility criteria

1. How can existing former employees access the Alumni Portal, especially those who were already terminated before or shortly before the alumni configuration was completed?
2. How does Alumni Access work for employes who are already terminated and archived in OFFboarding (unable to search user in Offboarding dashboard)?
3. Are former employees who did not enter the Offboarding flow still eligible for Alumni Access?
4. Is this feature only apply to employees terminated after the configuration, or it should also apply to existing terminated employees?
5. If Alumi Access should apply to existing former employees, is there a way to trigger business rule or resend the activation email so they can receive the activation link and log in to the Alumni Portal?

1. How can existing former employees access the Alumni Portal, especially those who were already terminated before or shortly before the alumni configuration was completed? The Alumni process will work for users terminated before configuring Alumni process as well.  
2. How does Alumni Access work for employees who are already terminated and archived in Offboarding (unable to search user in Offboarding dashboard)? Even if the users are archived from dashboard the inactive record is present in EC and these users will be picked up for Alumni process.  
3. Are former employees who did not enter the Offboarding flow still eligible for Alumni Access? No. One of the prerequisites for Alumni process is Enable Offboarding and ensure that the Employee Data Review Step is configured in your Offboarding process variant. 
4. Does this feature only apply to employees terminated after the configuration, or it should also apply to existing terminated employees? Applicable in both scenarios.  
5.
