3711336 - How To Enable Assignment ID External Business Rule For Onboardees - Onboarding

In the 'Employment Settings Configuration' object, there is a field called 'Rule To Generate Assignment ID External', where you can assign a business rule so that the Assignment ID is assigned to employees based on its configuration. However, this rule only seems to trigger for employees hired directly via EC, and not for employees hired via Onboarding. In order for the rule to also trigger for Onboardees, a switch needs to be enabled in the environment back-end which is turned on via script.

In order to enable the switch to trigger the Assignment ID rule for Onboardees, please create a support ticket requesting the script to be run in your environment (when creating the ticket, please specify the Company ID of the environment and provide written confirmation of approval for the script).
