Symptom
An SD invoice is generated and submitted to a public-sector customer via Spain SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) web service. The submission completes successfully in SAP and displays status 1200 – Registered, including a registration number.
However:
- The public recipient’s portal/platform does not display the invoice.
- No acknowledgement or response is returned from the recipient system.
- The public entity confirms that the invoice was not received.
- No error message is visible in DRC monitoring.
