3711417 - Invoice not visible in Recipient portal after Submission via DRC Web Service in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

An SD invoice is generated and submitted to a public-sector customer via Spain SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) web service. The submission completes successfully in SAP and displays status 1200 – Registered, including a registration number.

However:

  • The public recipient’s portal/platform does not display the invoice.
  • No acknowledgement or response is returned from the recipient system.
  • The public entity confirms that the invoice was not received.
  • No error message is visible in DRC monitoring.
