Symptom

There is a request to find the import template to mass update business partners using app "Import Master Data - Business Partners (Version 2)" or  "Manage Mass Maintenance - Business Partners".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

  1. Access the Fiori app Export Master Data - Business Partners (Version 2) (SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library).
  2. Select the corresponding business partners.
  3. Download the required template from the app.
  4. Use the downloaded template to import and perform mass updates to Business Partner (Customer Master) data.
  5. Then this template can be imported using app "Import Master Data - Business Partners (Version 2)" or  "Manage Mass Maintenance - Business Partners".
