3711544 - GRC Risk Management: Obsolete services GRRM_RESPONSE_SRV_XX

Symptom

While executing transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and trying to activate services "GRRM_RESPONSE_SRV_01", "GRRM_RESPONSE_SRV_02" and "GRRM_RESPONSE_SRV_03", user gets an error:

"Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL' - The class 'CL_GRRM_RESPONSE_01_MPC_EXT' was not found. It does not occur as either a local or global class in the system, or it is masked by a local data type with the same name."
