3711569 - Account Owner Is Not Replicated To SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 From SAP ERP

• You are using Customer Replication Iflows to replicate Customers from ERP to Sales & Service Cloud V2.
• All partner functions are replicated but you find the Account in V2 does not have Owner

Integration for SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 with SAP ERP

As part of ERP Integration(Customer Replication) - Owner in ERP is Employee responsible and is always Sales Area Dependant which is replicated to V2 as part of "customerPartnerFunctionERPReplicationMessageIn". 

However owner in the Sales Cloud V2 is Employee responsible and is Sales Area Independent. Because there can be multiple sales areas assigned to the account and every sales area can have employee responsible but on Header view , only one owner can be shown so we display the sales area independent employee responsible. 

1. If you have Owner in ERP which is sales area independent , you can use the custom exit in CPI to directly call the REST API of Account to fill the owner.
2. If ERP has Business Partners enabled, utilize the standard Business Partner Relationship Replication interface for replication of the sales area independent owner.
