3711584 - Message center in onboarding

• The Onboarding module does not include a feature similar to the Message Center available in the Recruiting module.
• Email notifications generated by the Onboarding system are one-way, and candidate responses are not captured or tracked within Onboarding. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

System Limitation.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding does not currently provide Message Center–like functionality.

As a result:

• Two-way, system-tracked messaging with candidates is not supported.
• Candidate replies to Onboarding notification emails are not recorded or reflected in the system.

If system-tracked, two-way communication is a business requirement, customers may submit an enhancement request through the SAP Influence portal.
