Symptom
- In I-9 Section2, the system is requiring an upload of List B and C documents, which is not part of the customer compliance process.
- The compliance process should only require the uploading of List A documents when mandated for E-Verify, but it is not.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
Under USCIS Form I-9 guidance, employers may choose whether to retain document copies, and systems should not require uploads unless the employer has elected to do so.
