Symptom

  • While migrating from ECC to S/4HANA, the standard structure RIWO1 has the append structure IST_REFOBJECT_IO missing in S/4HANA.
  • Fields in the append structure IST_REFOBJECT_IO are used in a custom Adobe form, resulting in a dump in S/4HANA due to the absence of the append structure in S/4HANA.
