3711975 - XML import pipeline fails with 'NullPointerException: null' error while importing Rule elements in SAP Incentive Management

• While importing the Rule elements (Territory, Formula, Rate tables etc.) via XML import pipeline, the process fails with the error message "NullPointerException: null".
• Error codes observed in pipeline logs include:
• TCMP_30609:E: Data import failed {0} because of {1}.
• Fatal error in runStage! Cause: Error: Failed in processing XML File with exit code 1! Please check the log files for detail.
