Reproducing the Issue
- Log as the external candidate
- Click on your Onboarding checklist
- Open complete e-signature
- Notice that the form names don't appear

Our engineering team verified this scenario as a defect and this is the internal ticket number OBX-42074. If access is needed to keep on track on the timeline for this fix kindly reach out your account manager.
This issue has been fixed after web component upgrade for current release 1H2026 by engineering team. Fix will be available after 15th May 2026.
