3712260 - Activation of "View Pricing Details" functionality

Symptom

The "View Pricing Details" action is not visible under Item Actions in Workflow within the Setup.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Setup.
  2. Under Workflowm go to Item Actions.
  3. Only 'View' action is visible.

Resolution

  1. To see the “View Pricing Details” item action under Workflow, 'Document Pricing' needs to be enabled in the CPQ tenant.
  2. When Document Pricing is enabled, "View Pricing Details" action will automatically appear under the Item Actions.
  3. Please reach out to CPQ Support team to have Document Pricing enabled on the tenant.
