3712351 - Manager unable to remove Completed Curriculum from Direct Report in SuccessFactors Learning

Symptom

  • Managers are unable to remove completed curricula from direct reports when all assigned training is complete.
  • The curriculum status option does not display in the team view when the user is fully up-to-date on training with no pending training.
  • Managers cannot access the curriculum status page to remove assigned curricula.
  • Curricula are not selectable objects from the "Remove Learning" option, leaving managers without the ability to independently remove curricula from team members.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign at least one curriculum to a direct report.
  2. Ensure the training in the curriculum (plus any other assigned curricula) is complete.
  3. Navigate to the user's profile in the team view.
  4. Observe that the curriculum status/curriculum status link does not display on the user's profile.

Cause

  • Current expected system design.

Resolution

  1. Product Management has reviewed this issue and confirmed that it is aligned with the current system design.
  2. Managers are advised to run a report to check user assignments for reviewing courses assigned via curricula to their subordinates.
  3. Product Management is exploring a fix for this issue.
