3712360 - Unable to Reopen the 'Post Tax Payable' Activity After Completion

Symptom

After completing the “Post Tax Payable” activity in  F1515 Application, users are unable to reopen the activity, even if it was completed by mistake or manually. Attempts to change the status of a completed activity fails or the system does not allow the action.
