3712582 - Pasted images in Email editor cannot be resized

- Inserted images in email body cannot be resized anymore.
- Anchor points or borders for resizing images are missing in the email creation process within the Service Cloud.

Sap Service Cloud Version 2

1. Create a new email within a Case in SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
2. Insert an image by pasting into the email body.
3. Attempt to resize the image using anchor points or borders.

It t is not possible to resize a pasted image within the editor.  Functionality not available 

1. Standard behavior.  Functionality is not currently available
2. If there is a need for system change, post the idea in the SAP Influence Forum for evaluation by the Development team.
