3712606 - Ontario Tax Form Not Triggered for Candidates

Symptom

The Ontario tax form is not being triggered for candidates.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • Log in to the instance
  • Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
  • Search for the candidate
  • Observe that the specific form is not triggered for the candidate when clicking Manage Documents under Actions 

Cause

  • The issue occurred because the Province field was not maintained for the location under Manage Organisation, Pay and Job Structures.
  • Since the Province was not selected, the system was unable to determine the compliance process, which caused the tax form not to be triggered

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Manage Organisation, Pay and Job Structures.
  2. Search for the location
  3. Verify that the province field is empty.
  4. Update and add the appropriate Province to the Province field.
  5. Restart the Compliance Process.
