3712613 - Special Character in Manage Account Setting DPCS is not available - Recruiting

Symptom

Special character (bullet) not appearing in the consent statement but visible in the Print preview or Login page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access account setting as Candidate.
  2. Select Data Privacy.
  3. Choose View.
  4. If a special character is configured in your DPCS, this should show when you view the statement.
  5. To validate, you can also select Print Preview to check the special character.

Resolution
