Historical One-Time Payments (OTP) are visible for Rehire on Old Employment candidates

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Perform the Rehire on Old Employment process, ensuring the existing employment record is reused.
  2. Review the candidate data in the Manage Pending Hires phase.
  3. Observe the visibility of historical One-Time Payments from prior employment during the pending hire phase.

Resolution

  • Confirmed that the visibility of Payment Information during the Rehire Data Review process is the intended system behaviour for Rehire on Old Employment.
  • The Rehire Data Review page displays all existing candidate data and does not enforce role-based permissions during the review process.
  • This behaviour is expected, as Manage Pending Hires controls visibility and management of historical One-Time Payments for a rehire on old employment, not the Rehire Data Review page.
