• A discrepancy exists between the date signed as reflected in the audit trail and the date of the electronic signature on the onboarding document
• The difference between UTC and ET does not explain the discrepancy.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Navigate to the document center in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
2. Download the onboarding document file.
3. Validate the date reflected in the audit trail against the electronic signature date on the document.

• The signature field is stored as a date-only value derived from local time, not from the audit timestamp.
