Symptom

Job template "Send Scheduled Payment Advices to Payees" is not available in the Schedule Accounts Payable Jobs app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Pre-requisities:

User has the required Role and Catalog assigned

  • Role: SAP_BR_AP_ACCOUNTANT
  • Catalog: SAP_FIN_BC_AP_PERIODIC_ACT_PC

Template for SAP_FIN_FFO_PAYM_ADV to send the previously scheduled payment advices is set based on Configuring the Output of Payment Advice Forms

  1. Enter app Schedule Accounts Payable Jobs
  2. Observe that the job template 'Send scheduled payment advices to payees' is not available.

Cause

Job template "Send Scheduled Payment Advices to Payees" is used for EDI Payment Advices integration with the Ariba Network.

Resolution

Use job template "Create and Send Payment Advices to Payees" instead.
