Unable to search for the app 'Explanation Log for Simulation' after the CE2602 upgrade.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The app 'Explanation log for simulation' is designed to be accessed only through target navigation from Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) monitoring apps. 
The app does not have a tile in the Fiori launchpad. The tile for the app was mistakenly enabled in CE2508 during the "App as entity" project.
This issue was identified and corrected in CE2602 by disabling the tile.

To access the explanation log, navigate to the EBRR monitoring apps(such as 'Event Based Revenue Recognition - Projects') and use the button "Revalue" -> "Simulate" -> "Explain Simulation".
