3713278 - HR form displays as blank page in ESS after HR upgrade

Symptom

  • After the HR upgrade, all the HR forms like payslips and legal reports are displayed as blank pages in ESS. 
  • Embedded PDF is not displayed, showing blank. However, "Open in New Window" works and can be used as a workaround.
