3713479 - How to add/remove edit button appearing in 'Approval details tab'

• Users are able to edit the workflow for planned steps, such as adding or deleting the next-level approver, while approving purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the My Inbox app.
• The "Edit " button is visible for approvers in the approval details section of purchase requisitions and purchase orders when accessing via My Inbox
• How to enable the edit button to be able to add new approvers in the work flows of any document

1. Open the My Inbox app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Navigate to the approval details section of for example purchase requisition or purchase order.

1. Observe that the "Edit Workflow" button is visible for approvers.
2. Approvers can use the button to modify the workflow by adding or removing next-level approvers.

• Business roles assigned to users are granting access to edit button in the approval details tab of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Identify the business roles assigned to the users which has catalog  like SAP_MM_BC_PO_ADHOCAPPROVE_PC and remove the roles 

or 

Remove the catalog SAP_MM_BC_PO_ADHOCAPPROVE_PC from any roles assigned to the users, especially business roles created using the standard roles SAP_BR_MANAGER_PROCUREMENT and SAP_BR_PURCHASER.

Note1: To enable the Edit button ensure the above catalog is added to your custom roles and that roles are assigned to the users.

Note 2 :The above given catalog is for PO, similarly consider respective catalog for PR or CPO etc
