3713647 - Logo Is Not Displayed On Survey Simulation

Symptom

  • After adding a logo image URL to a Survey, when clicking "Simulate", the logo does not appear in the preview.
  • When reopening the Survey in Design mode, the logo URL is missing.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Surveys Workcenter > Surveys
  2. Open the desired Survey
  3. Enter Edit mode and go to Design facet
  4. Add the desired logo URL
  5. Verify that the logo appears in the small preview.
  6. Save the survey and confirm the message "Style applied successfully".
  7. Click Simulate and observe that the logo is not displayed in the pop-up preview.
  8. Close the survey screen and reopen the same survey, noting that the logo URL is missing.

Cause

The MIME Type text/x-datev is not enabled in the tenant under Business Configuration.

Resolution

  1. Access Business Configuration > Overview.
  2. Search for the activity "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload".
  3. In the Mime column, search for text/x-datev.
  4. Enable the Allowed checkbox against the MIME Type.
  5. Save the changes.
