3713704 - Not receiving emails after configuring SMTP Server in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

The following behaviour occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

Configure SMTP server by following guide: Configure Custom SMTP Server
Email about the successful configuration is received
Create a script to generate emails, receive notification that it is created
Notice that no email is received.
