3713929 - Classic Reporting shows incorrect step owner for Performance Form

Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

When removing visibility to a Performance Form from a person, then Classic Reporting shows as the Performance form is currently with this person. However, based on Audit Trail or based on Route Form tool the form is with someone else. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Hide visibility to a Performance Form from person "A"
  2. Check in Audit Trail the form is currently with person "B"
  3. Go to Reporting > Switch to Classic view
  4. Click on Classic Reporting > Detailed Document Search
  5. Search for the Performance Form and click on Generate report
  6. Click on “i” icon next to form
  7. See that on left side audit trail shows form is currently with: person "A"
  8. On right side step owner is correctly person "B"

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
