Clicking Quick Card in Onboarding Dashboard Shows ‘There's no data yet’.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Click on the Quick Card of any candidate.
3. Observe that the People Profile displays “There’s no data yet”.
Cause
The behavior is the result of the user lacking the required permission.
Resolution
1. Grant the permission “Manage Hires > Include Inactive Employees in the search” to the affected user.
2. Perform an RBP (Role-Based Permission) refresh from Provisioning.
3. Perform an OData refresh in the UI.
