3714365 - unable to route form after modification of route maps via API calls- Performance Management

Symptom

After modification of route maps via API calls, when use route form tool to route form to the previous step, an error occurs: Couldn't find Owner for document XXXX; skipped."
Despite there being no inactive or purged users on the route map, the error persists.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Route Form tool.
  2. Search for the affected form using its Document ID 
  3. Attempt to send the form to the previous step.
  4. Encounter the error: "Couldn't find Owner for document XXXX; skipped."

Cause

This is a Known Issue.
This issue appears to be related to modifications made to the route map via API calls. 

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
