3714373 - Default population of event reason (rehire) and onboarding steps for rehiring employees in sap successfactors employee central

• The event reason (Rehire) does not populate by default during the rehire process.
• The 'Review New Hire' step does not appear on the onboarding dashboard when rehiring employees with old employment details.
• During the rehire process for permanent and fixed-term employees, the ADC step and e-sign step are not triggered, while for other types of employees, the ADC step is not skipped as expected.
• Documents collected during the onboarding process are not stored in Employee Central.
• The system does not restrict the rehire process for employees with a date of joining (DOJ) that is more than two days in the past.
