Error message: "There are no revenue rates for resource XXX." occurs when assigning a role with an activity type and billing rate to a project resource in the Customer Projects app, although the related condition records for PSP0/PCP0 have been maintained.

1. Open "Plan Customer Projects" app.
2. Select an existing project or create a new one.
3. Navigate to the Plan tab.
4. Add a new role and assign the role with an activity type and billing rate.
5. Save the project.
6. Observe the error message: "There are no revenue rates for resource XXX.".
7. Check the related condition records for PSP0/PCP0.

The condition types PSP0 and PCP0 are missing in the applied pricing procedure.

As a result, the related condition records cannot be picked correctly and the revenue rates cannot be determined.

The workarounds below can be considered according to the business requirement:

• If the current pricing procedure is the expected pricing procedure:
  • Add the condition types PSP0 and PCP0 to the pricing procedure to ensure the related condition records can be fetched.
