3714401 - The Physical stock and Available Stock are inconsistent for specific product in EWM

Symptom

In Warehouse Monitor app, the "Physical Stock" and "Available Stock" are inconsistent for certain products.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Warehouse Monitor app (/SCWM/MON)
  2. Go to "Stock and Bin" - "Physical Stock" to check the physical stock.
  3. Go to "Stock and Bin" - "Available Stock" to check the available stock.

Cause

There are open warehouse tasks for the product which prevents the stock from appearing in the "Available Stock" view.

Resolution

Confirm all the open warehouse tasks for the product to make sure the stock could be visible in "Available Stock" view.
