Symptom
When there is a split RGDIR (due to IT, PSS, or other absenteeism), the total reported base does not reach the monthly maximum, even though the employee’s gross salary clearly exceeds it. The excess from one period cannot be redistributed to the unused capacity of the other period, resulting in a loss of contributions for the employee and possible incoherence between SLD and CRA validations. These differences might not be detected nor warned by the SLD Bases file response, resulting in false positive scenarios.
