Symptom
- Emails generated from SuccessFactors remain in a "Delivering" status and are not reaching recipients.
- Majority of the impacted emails are from Recruiting, although not all emails are affected.
- The issue has been ongoing for at least 10 days since January 15.
- The Email Delivery Status report shows emails stuck in "Delivering" status.
