3714932 - Stock Information Is Not Available for C4C Business Analytics

Symptom

Stock Location and all stock-related information are not available in any Report or Data Sources in SAP Cloud for Customer.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Business Analytics work center.
  2. You are not able to identify Stock related information in Reports and Data Sources.

Cause

There is no standard Data Source in C4C for Stock or Stock Location reporting. 

In this integration scenario, Stock data is replicated from ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) to C4C to quickly verify the products and the available stock. Stock data will be available in Stock work center and in Product's Stock Overview. However, it is not available as a analytical object.

Resolution

This is the current system design and expected behavior. If the feature/functionality is needed as a matter of urgency, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
