3714948 - Transport attribute CALM_CDM_FEATURE_ID is missing in Transport Request.

Symptom

A transport is assigned to a Cloud ALM Feature, but the transport attribute CALM_CDM_FEATURE_ID is not set in the transport.

Below is a Transport without attribute CALM_CDM_FEATURE_ID:

Nevertheless both transport have been assigned to one SAP Cloud ALM Feature:
