Manage Cost Centers (Version 3) app not visible in the system even after the necessary roles and catalogs are assigned.

IAM Apps are not Automatically Activated.

If IAM apps are added to a business catalog with a new release, they are no longer automatically activated. Even if the business catalog is already in use, these IAM apps remain inactive until it is choosen to enable them.

• • To explore IAM apps, open the Display IAM Apps app.
  • To check if a business catalog supports IAM apps, open the Business Catalogs app and use the Supports IAM Apps filter.
  • To assign IAM apps, use the Maintain Business Roles app. For multiple roles, the Mass Change Wizard within the same app supports bulk addition and removal of IAM apps.
  • Manage authorizations for business users more flexibly by activating or deactivating individual IAM apps after an upgrade according to your business requirements.
