Symptom

  • No standard Professional Services form template is available for Switzerland.
  • When configuring billing output, the system does not deliver a country-specific Professional Services form template for CH. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Maintain Form templates app.
  2. Select Predelivered Templates.
  3. Under Form Template Name, search for SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV*.
  4. Search for template SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV_CH.
  5. No form template pre-delivery is shown.

Cause

For Professional Services in Switzerland, the appropriate template is SDBIL_QR_PROF_SRV_CH, released as required by the Swiss QR requirements.
