Application error occurs during rehire an inactive employee, either in Onboarding and/or Employee Central.

System is unable to process one or more files associated with the employee profile due to invalid or corrupted attachments.

1. Review the attachments related to the impacted employees either in Onboarding (PDC) or in the previous employment records;
2. Delete any problematic or corrupted attachments;
3. Re-submit the rehire.
