3715388 - SAP standard program /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE does not convert all Personnel Numbers to Business Partners in multiple assignment scenarios

Symptom

When running the report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE to synchronize Employee records to Business Partners, not all available personnel numbers (having multiple assignments) are converted into distinct Business Partners with the employee role. Instead, only one Business Partner with the employee role (BUP003) is created and linked for a central person, although multiple personnel numbers are assigned.
